Sometimes we aren't able to love ourselves fully but we deserve better. When Odin is tempted to engage in self-harm, we try to deescalate with the phrase "BE GOOD TO YOU" as a positive reinforcement.

We noticed through the years that this phrase benefitted us greatly as well. We deserve to love our mind, body and spirit. This sweatshirt has a small reminder on the back for a reminder to others as well as the self. The pattern is inspired by some hard times we had in the desert on our road trip. We gained insight and appreciation for that unforgiving landscape and to lean into being good to yourself despite your circumstances.
